CMFA® Chartered Meridian Financial Analyst
The Institute's flagship designation in investment analysis, valuation and portfolio management. Conferred on passing three levels, completing 4,000 hours of experience and attesting to the Code.
Six proctored programmes that certify the competence and integrity of finance professionals worldwide. Every credential is earned under the Meridian Sentinel and issued as a cryptographically verifiable record. Proven, not just claimed.
The Institute maintains six credentials spanning investment analysis, financial modelling, risk, ethics, sustainable finance and data. Each is built to a single rule: standards are set independently by the Board of Standards, examinations are administered under rigorous proctoring, and outcomes are recorded so that any credential can be checked in seconds. Choose the flagship charter or a focused specialist certificate — the assurance behind the letters is the same.
The Board of Standards owns curricula and pass marks, insulated from commercial pressure.
Verified ID, live human and AI invigilation, environment lockdown and integrity scoring on every exam.
Credentials carry a public, no-login verification code that remains revocation-aware over time.
Structure, format and audience differ by credential. Fees shown are per level or per exam; a one-time enrolment fee of £275 applies to a candidate's first MIFS credential.
